I.      JOB TILTE

Sales and Operations Coordinator in Mauritania

II-      THE ROLE

 Airport Supervision

  •        Supervision of all departure and arrival operations of ASKY flights in accordance with Safety and Security rules defined in operation manuals, recommended industry standards and Company guidelines.
  •        Evaluation and action taking upon all possible factors that can influence, hinder or prevent safe and punctual operation of the flight;
  •        Implementation of corrective actions on discrepancies, in coordination with the operating department.
  •        Management of customer relationships in accordance with the guidelines and instructions of the management.
  •        Management of litigations related to the Company’s activities.
  •         Implementation of all corrective actions related to the prevention of fraud and various spoliation (luggage travel documents etc..).
  •         Coordination of activities with various partners and service providers (Ground Handling-Fuel – Catering Company  etc. .).

Sales Coordination and Supervision

  •        Prepare and implement the commercial action plan for the market
  •        Carry out sales visits to travel agencies, corporate clients to solicit business to attain sales objectives.
  •        Monitor performance against targets and ensure actions are in place to achieve these targets.
  •         Identify sales opportunities and recommend actions to take advantage of these opportunities
  •        Identify and implement sales activation activities in the market and evaluate their effectiveness
  •        Point out areas where advertising, promotions and publicity support is required to achieve sales objectives.
  •        In coordination with the Sales Manager recommend and negotiate commercial/incentive contracts or partnerships
  •        Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of commercial agreements
  •        Supervise and manage relationship of Key corporate and travel agent accounts in order to increase revenue .
  •        Manage the relationship with all contracted marketing agencies and all PR activities in connection with advertising and media 
  •        Prepare and submit all sales reports for the market
  •        Keep all sales monitoring data up to date
  •        Ensure up to date dissemination of information to all stakeholders in the market (travel agencies, corporate clients, general public) by creating and maintaining up to date a database
  •        Monitor and control the implementation of commercial actions on the field
  •        Provides sales support to the distribution network by liaising with other departments such as CRC, pricing, communication, finance, etc.
  •        Assist when needed in handling customer complaints

III-   QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  •  Minimum Educational Level: Degree in marketing or business;
  • Trained aviation operation Agent;
  • 5 years’ working experience;
  • Satisfactory evaluations records
  • Very good knowledge and mastery of DCS
  • Languages proficiency:  English and French writing capability with Portuguese as a serious advantage
  • Information technologies (IT) proficiency: Word, Excel, etc
  •        Dynamic, ability to work in a team
  •        Excellent data analysis capabilities
  •        Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
  •        Proactive and result oriented
  •        Ability to interact with all company departments and levels of management to achieve results
  •        Ability to work with little supervision
  •        Commercial Acumen / Salesmanship

Warehouse inventory clerk

II-      THE ROLE

The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movements, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse stock control. This role involves counting, recording, and reconciling inventory items, as well as assisting in the organization of warehouse storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory shipments.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventories.
  • Maintain and update inventory databases and records accurately.
  • Assist in organizing warehouse storage to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in audits.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure proper handling of goods.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisor maintenance compliance

II-      THE ROLE

  • Initiate, develop and Implement working procedure and review existing policies, procedures and technical specifications to ensure compliance with ASKY, ANAC, FAA, ICAO and other countries regulations where ASKY operates.
  • Submits procedures and performance summaries to Manager Aircraft Engineering and Planning and Manager Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that adequate resources are available for effective implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Ensures that service Difficulty Report (Malfunction, Defect or Failure) are reported to regulatory body (ANAC) on time.
  • Ensures that all service limited components installed on the aircraft are properly identified, registered and have not exceeded their approved service life limit.
  • Carries out the registration and monitoring of the acceptance process of phase in aircraft quality audits essential to acceptance and takes part in the monitoring of quality of goods and service of the material and service providers with respect to regulatory requirements.
  • Controls and monitors that all contracted maintenance activities are performed as per the maintenance contract signed.
  • Oversees periodic audits are conducted; deficiencies and non-compliance identified and quality audit/assessment complied in a timely manner, including audit by internal and external bodies.
  • Ensures validity of the Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate, RVSM, Dry lease, Wet lease and AMO, and make liaison with ECCA/ANAC.
  • Develops and implements accident/incident reeducation and prevention plans
  • Participates in the development and implementation of safety briefings;
  • Performs other maintenance and engineering projects and activities as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

III-   QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Graduated from recognized Aircraft Maintenance training center and holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma method or Aircraft quality control inspector or senior writer or
  • Graduated from recognized university in Aeronautical or Mechanical/Industrial or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
