I- JOB TITLE – Supervisor Compliance in Flight Operations

II-              THE ROLE

  • –       Participate in the development and maintenance of the overall quality assurance program.
  • –       Participate in monitoring activities to ensure that operations in FLT (DSP and Crew Scheduling included) comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in TOGO and in OTHERCOUNTRIES OF asky”sOperations.
  • –       Assist the process owners in FLT (DSP and Crew Scheduling included) in the various certification projects (IOSA, EDTO, PBN, EFB, TCO, etc.), accreditation, or homologation undertaken by the Company.
  • –       Verify the compliance of operational procedures with the regulations and standards in force.
  • –       Conduct independent quality audits as assigned, and ensure assigned audits are conducted as scheduled and are timely reported as required.
  • –       Track and log in the QMS database, the occurrences, reports, discrepancies, needs for improvement, and other undesirable events related to the QMS in FLT, Cargo, and Security operations, and ensure they are appropriately and timely addressed by the Process-Owners; conduct investigations and surveys on them as necessary and report.
  • –       Ensure Management of Change (MOC) and Organization Risk Assessment (ORA) is conducted before implementation of planned changes in FLT (DSP and Crew Scheduling included)
  • –       Follow up on the detected non-conformities in FLT (DSP and Crew Scheduling included) after an internal or external audit, and ensure the process owners implement the corresponding corrective or mitigation actions within the time set.
  • –       Build and maintain a robust quality database for FLT operations.
  • –       Popularize the concepts of quality and quality management within FLT, DSP and Crew Scheduling.

III-           QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

–       Be within 30 to 45 years old

–       Have a good level in French and English

–       Have a high school training (BAC+5) in engineering (electrical, mechanical, Electro-mechanical, in technology) or Pilot, air traffic controller, aircraft technician, dispatcher, civil aviation inspector, senior cabin crew member with all relevant-level training in quality audit, quality system management, or safety system management or Equivalence acquired through professional activities and/or relevant trainings.

–       At least one year experience in aviation is recommended

–       Minimum 3 years in Quality Management System or Safety Management System, with a minimum a 2 years managerial position or as a team leader.

I- JOB TITLE – Junior Flight Operations Engineering and Documentation Officers

II-              THE ROLE

–      Ensures on time availability to Flight Operations offices and flight crews, as well as airplanes, of the necessary documentation, such as:

  •               Operations Manuals

  •               Flight operations instructions, alerts and bulletins;
  •               Different trainings up to date kit/folder for crew
  •              Data

–      Assists in route and aerodromes evaluation

–      Work with maintenance engineering as needed

  •         Be within 25 to 40 years old

  •         Traiter tous les dossiers relatifs aux finances de la représentation.
  •         Encaisser les ventes de billets.
  •         Assurer la liaison avec la banque (versement espèces, remise de chèque etc….)
  •         Etablir les états de ventes (journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels) et les transférer au siège suivant la périodicité définie
  •         Assurer le recouvrement des créances
  •         Assurer la gestion des documents manuels (LTA, MCO et BCB)
  •         Réceptionner et régler les factures des prestataires
  •         Réceptionner les chèques et s’assurer de la remise aux Prestataires

  •         Envoyer les projets de déclaration sociale et fiscale mensuelle et trimestrielle à temps à la Direction des Ressources Humaines pour vérifications et paiement par les Finances
  •         S’assurer que ces déclarations sont payées dans les délais conformément aux dispositions du pays.
  •         S’assurer de la bonne gestion du « Petty cash » conformément aux procédures mises en place.

JOB DESCRIPTION

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Beneath the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assistant will actively participate in the definition and implementation of the surveillance programs for Ground (GRH), Cargo (CGO), and Operational Security (SEC) operations, to ensure (i) the airline complies with applicable regulations and standards, (ii) meets stated operational needs, (iii) identifies areas for improvement, (iv) identifies hazards in operations, (v) and monitors the effectiveness of safety risk controls and corrective actions. As a knowledgeable individual, she/he will contribute to continually reviewing and improving policies, programs, processes, and procedures to enhance the quality and safety of Ground operations (GRH), Cargo operations (CGO), and Operational Security operations (SEC).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1)   participate in the development and implementation of quality strategies, objectives, plans, programs, policies, processes, and procedures;

2)   participate in the surveillance of operational practices in operational Security (SEC), Ground operations (GRH), & Cargo operations (CGO);

3)   track and analyze operational reports from operational Security (SEC), Ground operations (GRH), & Cargo operations (CGO), and make recommendations for improvement;

4)   conduct independent quality, safety, and security audits;

5)   follow up on non-conformities, complaints, and discrepancies;

6)   conduct investigations and surveys on quality occurrences and concerns;

7)   evaluate corrections, corrective, and mitigation measures;

8)   assess the effectiveness of implemented corrective & mitigation measures;

9)   participate in building up a robust quality database for Ground (GRH), Cargo (CGO), and Operational Security (SEC) operations;

10)participate in building up an internal robust scheme of taxonomies for analysis and classification of occurrences and root causes derived from non-conformities, discrepancies, incidents, malfunctions, and accidents;

11)Ensure drafting, updating, and maintenance of the airline’s QMS documents, processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives, and the need to be continuously improved;

12)Participate in the various projects of certification, approvals, and accreditation, and ensure their timely completion and renewal;

13)participate in the management reviews and the management of changes meetings, and ensure related recommendations and decisions are implemented and assessed for effectiveness;

14)ensure regulatory and documentary watch; and

15)participate in promoting and enhancing a Quality, Security, and Safety culture within the Airline.

REQUIRED PROFILE

EDUCATION

  •         Master’s or Engineering Degree in Quality Management System, Safety Management System, Security Management System, or in Technology. or
  •         Station Supervisor, Cargo Manager, Security Officer, Pilot, air traffic controller, aircraft technician, dispatcher, civil aviation inspector, all with relevant-level training in quality audit, quality system management, security system management, or safety system management; or
  •         Equivalence acquired through professional activities and/or relevant training.

EXPERIENCE

  •         Minimum 5 years in aviation operations with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position; or
  •         Minimum 3 years in Quality Management System, or Security Management system, or Safety Management System, with a minimum of 2 years of noticeable audit or investigation experience.

KNOWLEDGE

  •         Have good technical or managerial knowledge of aviation operations and aviation security;
  •         Have good knowledge of the practice and application of national and international aeronautical regulations;
  •         Have good written and oral expression.

KNOW-HOW

I- JOB TITLE – Crew Planner

II-             THE ROLE

  • Responsible for planning long and short-term Flight Crewmember turn pattern and requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust Flight Crewmember turn pattern during irregularities. 
  • Develops and implement Flight Crewmember Turn Pattern which will   ensure Optimum crew utilization and Conducive working condition.
  • Follows up operational messages that can change the planned schedule and take appropriate action on time.
  • Control planned Flight Crewmember duty regulation, such as legality of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly flight Time (Block Hours) and prepare checking report to supervisor crew scheduling.
  • Controls crew qualification and document expiry and plan renewal.
  • Preparesflightcrewdatarequiredforlicensecertificationrenewal.
  • Maintains,   adjusts   and   files   cockpit   crew   qualifications,   and   other document (Vacation, passport, Medical, Simulator, Yellow Fever and License Expiry etc.).
  • Maintains Flight Crewmember contact Telephone, E-Mail and others.
  • Assures the legality of all assigned flights to all Flight Crewmember.
  • Grants Flight Crewmember member’s flight requests after evaluating the existing Condition and approves by Supervisor crew scheduling.
  • Suggests to commercial planning to adjust the general time table in case of impossible or illegal situation that will affect Flight Crewmember working Conditions.
  • Handles operational messages from different sections and plans on it accordingly in good time.
  • Actualize the 12 months limitations each end of month,
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor crew scheduling, or Dir. Flight operations.

III-           QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Education and job experience : Bachelor degree in science, or any relevant fields
  • .Software Skills: Proficiency in Crew Management Systems (e.g., AIMS, Sabre, or CAE).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international aviation regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into efficient schedules
  • Language: Fluency in English (French is a significant advantage given ASKY’s network).
