ASKY Airlines is recruiting Call Center Agents
I- JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent
II- THE ROLE
– Ensure the highest level of customer service at all- time whether by e-mail or in person, especially by phone;
– Handling all incoming calls and emails requests from the public
– Informing customers about ASKY’s products, policies, answering any FAQs
– Creating new reservations, processing changes and modifications on existing bookings
– Making outbound calls to inform customers about changes in the flight schedule, booking corrections etc
– Emailing receipt confirmations and itineraries
– Resolving customers’ claims and complains on phone and in writing in collaboration with the Customer care division
– Processing all requests, queries and claims from customers in collaboration with all services within ASKY
– Handling all emails, answering questions and inquiries in writing on behalf of ASKY and if possible, call customers immediately as required.
– Answering incoming calls from travel agencies, groups, corporates, governments etc and converting to sales opportunity
– Answer telephone calls and reply to e-mails from customers and provide accurate information;
– Correctly make bookings according to company standards (passenger contacts: telephone and e-mails, ASKY CLUB number, etc…)
– Prepare daily reports ;
– Handle and take care of passengers call in case of discrepancies;
– Handle other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
– Minimum Educational Level: Diploma or bachelor degree;
– Qualifications/Skills : Ticketing/ Travel and tourism/ Sales certificate;
– Professional Experiences : 01 year experience in a Call-center or in a telesales system;
– Languages proficiency : French/English;
– Information technologies (IT) proficiency : Proficiency in SITA;
– Proactive and result oriented ;
– Willingness to go the extra mile;
– Pleasant and customer centered;
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
